CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY
As dresses are ex-sample or pre-owned there may be very slight imperfections. It is the buyer’s responsibility to fully check over the dress before purchasing to ensure they are happy to take the dress in the condition it is in.
Chilham Bridal will not be held responsible for any damages incurred after the sale of any item.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Chilham Bridal does not offer any refunds or exchanges on any dress purchased.
HOLDING DEPOSITS
A deposit of £100 will hold a dress for 14 days. If at the end of this period the dress has not been paid in full and collected, the customer will lose their deposit and the dress will become available to other customers.
ALTERATIONS
Customers are solely responsible for all work carried out and costs of any alterations with our recommended seamstresses. Chilham Bridal will not be liable for any alterations or charges relating to any dresses purchased from us.
