Covid-19 Company Policy & Procedures

The world has changed dramatically since last March, and our Covid-19 Company Policy below has been put together to ensure that you have a comfortable and safe wedding dress shopping experience with us. This is the ‘new normal’ for our boutique, and these measures will be in place for ALL appointments until further notice.

HAND SANITISING STATIONS

We will have a hand sanitising station positioned within the boutique. Anyone entering the boutique will be invited to thoroughly sanitise their hands upon entering and encouraged to do the same throughout the appointment as required.

MASKS

Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice. And we are very much looking forward to seeing the happy smiles of our lovely customers again.

THREE VIP GUESTS PER BRIDE

In order for us to follow and maintain social distancing within the boutique, we kindly ask that you bring a maximum THREE VIP guests with you to your appointment.

You are welcome to use our complimentary WiFi and bring along your own devices to allow your wider bridal party to be with you ‘virtually’ via Facetime, WattsApp, Zoom etc.

MINIMAL CONTACT EXPERIENCE

After you have been welcomed into the boutique, we will ask your guests to take a seat and your Bridal Consultant will discuss with you your dress requirements and begin to select dresses for you to view. Only the Bridal Consultant will be handling the dresses to minimise contact.

RIGOROUS CLEANING & SANITISING PROCEDURES

The boutique will be cleaned and sanitised between each appointment and at the end of each day. Each wedding dress will be sanitised after it has been tried on. We are allowing additional time in between appointments for us to carry out cleansing and sanitising.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will be adhering to the 1m+ social distancing rule as much as possible within the boutique.

HEALTH CHECKS

We would kindly ask you to re-arrange your appointment if you or your VIP guests are feeling unwell. If you are displaying any of the COVID-19 symptoms we will be unable to run your appointment and will re-schedule for in a fortnights time.

We hope all these measures will help to protect us all and give you full confidence and comfort when shopping for your wedding dress with us. We continue to strive to create an individual, memorable and special experience at Chilham Bridal.
